Your 100 Reasons WHY

Your 100 Reasons WHY

Learning about why you want to get healthy is much more important than just learning about how to get healthy.

There is a TON of information out there about how to get healthy…

How to exercise your body…how to eat…how not to eat…how to manage your stress better…

How to do lunges properly…how to use a heart rate monitor while running…how carbs prevent you from losing weight…how to meditate…

And knowing how is indeed important – there is a ton of information on this website about the “How’s” of getting healthy.

But all the information in the world about how to get healthier doesn’t do you any good if you don’t do anything with it.

What will make a difference in your health and in your life is tapping into what motivates you to keeping doing the things you’ve learned how to do to get you healthier.

Deep down, you don’t care about learning the proper technique of doing lunges. Not really. Not for it’s own sake of doing lunges.

What you do care about though is doing lunges properly so that you can keep doing them week after week without injuring yourself.

And you want to keep doing lunges week after week not for lunges sake either. You want to do lunges because of the strength it will build in your legs and how it will make your butt look in jeans.

That’s your Why.

And delving even deeper, you care about the strength in your legs and the way you look in jeans not for their own sake either. What you care about is the way that will make you feel…strong, slim, sexy…

That’s your Why.

So before you spend all of your time learning how to get healthy, spend some time learning why you want to get healthy.

Spend some time learning why you want to get healthy.

Why you want to get into shape…why you want to loose that weight…why you want to decrease your stress…

Spend some time writing down Your 100 Reasons Why you want want you say you want for your health. That’s right, not a few, not 10 – 100! When you have your list of 100 Reasons Why (get the worksheet here to help you) then you’ll have a list of 100 things that will motivate you get started. You’ll have 100 things that will keep you motivated to keep going. You’ll have 100 things that you can look at to re-inspire you to get going again if you fall off the wagon.

Get thinking, get writing and get going!
